As an educator, I absolutely love the positive message in this book! I had my students repeat the affirmations that are repeated throughout the book. They loved being included in the story and I loved hearing them repeat such positive affirmations. I also love and appreciate the extra pages in the back of the book! I used the Inspiration pages as mini lessons that led into writing assignments. And the Activity pages
gave me perfect lessons to back up what we learned in the book. I would highly recommend this book and the whole The Be Books series!

Each and everyday we make choices that show the kind of person we are. We don't have to wear a cape and fight crime to be a superhero... we just have to be kind and do the right thing!!! This book empowers children and adults to do good and to do our best!!!

is a book that I use often as it encourages good behavior and kind actions. It helps me discuss topics such as recycling, forming friendships, helping others, positive thinking, kind words, and affirmations. I would highly recommend this wonderful SEL book.

This book has become my favorite book to use in the classroom. My students love shouting back out the repeated mantras throughout the book. "Be positive. Be brave. Be respectful. Be your best self." Parents are constantly telling me that their child comes home smiling that they are a real superhero. And I love that I am helping make them feel that way. I love that another teacher introduced me to this book. I have used it a few years now and was able to use it in the 3's class and Pre-k.

I am a 2nd grade teacher in a Title One school and I am completely head over heals about this book. The book looks like a comic book (in a way) and the kids love that. They love the bursts of positive thoughts and I love that they copy and repeat the kind words that I am saying. We have begun lessons about recycling and picking up trash thanks to this book. We also discuss helping others when they need it, thanks to the colorful illustrations in this book. I feel like a superhero each time I read this.
