Q: How to reset your earbuds?
A: 1. Put the earbuds back in the charging case and make sure they are off.
2. Delete T16 from the Bluetooth device list on your phone.
3. Take out the earbuds from charging case and pair again.
Q: The left earbud disconnects from the right earbud
A: 1. Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid. Then take out earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will sync.
2. If the first step does not work, please reset.
