Q1 : Why the charging box can not charge the earphones?
A:There is a power switch on the box, you need turn on it, if it is turn on, there is a blue indicator.
Q2 :How do I know the earphones are full charge?
A: The indicaor is blue light when full charge, if it is red light ,it means they are not full charge.
Notice: If the indicator is not bright, it means the earphones are not charge, you need turn on the power switch.
Q3:Why the earbuds has "du"sound when just use one?
A:Because in the earbuds settings , it is the highest setting to pair with the other earbuds, so when they works only one, they will search the other one automatically, but after 1 minute, it will end the searching, and there is no "du"sound.
Q4 :Why there is only one earbuds playing music ?
A: Please make sure you use the left one and the right one is turn on.
Here is a quick guide to reset the headset so that you can enjoy the music from two earbuds:
Step one: turn on your phone's bluetooth function and delete the d900p records.
Step two: turn off the both bluetooth earbuds.
Step Three:press the left earbuds untill the indicator flashing red and blue, and turn on the right earbud.(or you can put the both earbuds in the charging box and turn on the power switch, then take the out ,they will turn on and get a pair mode automatically), then search the earphones in your phone and pair it , then you can enjoy the stereo sound again .
Q5:Why the sound from earbuds intermittently loses signal?
A: Both the environment interference and far distance between headset and mobile can cause the noise. Please change a place or move mobile closer to the headset.
