How to change the mops: The mop pad has an opening on one half of the pad so you have to slide one part of the plastic mop part in and then the other half can be inserted straight back.
There is a little strap that you can then attach to secure the mop pad closed on the plastic mop part. It kind of goes over the plastic part to reach its soft strap counterpart on the other side of the pad.
