Tips on Using the Kitchen Scale
Effectively measures in four unit selections - grams, ounces, pounds and milliliters - in precise measurement increments of 0.04oz (1g).
For the most accurate reading, place the item on the center of weighing platform.
Easily measure liquid volumes with separate modes for weighing milk and water.
The weight capacities of the scale are a minimum of 3 to 5 grams, and maximums of 11 pounds, 5000 grams and 176 ounces.
For liquids, powders and smaller ingredients, use the tare function.
To use the tare function, place the container on the scale. Then press the tare button to zero out the weight of the holder. Put the products into the container and the screen will display the weight.
Please note that the scale is not water resistant.
