Installation instructions: Wrap the straps around an overhead and SECURE structure such as a pull-up bar, overhead beam, sturdy tree, monkey bars, or any structure that can hold and support your weight.
The strap has two ends -- A pointed tip and a buckle.
-Insert the end of the strap with the pointed tip through the ring, then insert the same tip into and pull it through the locking buckle.
-Adjust the strap length to the desired height and start working out. It’s that easy!
