Neck or spinal injuries, whether minor or more serious, should always be quickly and properly treated in order to prevent further problems. This is why your chiropractor may suggest you use a cervical collar if you have been experiencing neck stiffness, soreness or general discomfort.
These neck collars are preferred because they are flexible enough to sleep in, they're strong enough to last and they're incredibly easy to use. They position the jaw, neck and spine in order to limit motion in a way that helps gradually improve cervical alignment, jaw alignment and posture.
With a 3” width, our medium cervical collars are the most common size for men and women. However, please keep in mind that the brace should only be used under supervision of your doctor or chiropractor. (He or she will determine the collar size you need depending on the length of the space between your jawline and shoulders.)
The contoured core of the neck brace is made out of a light density foam rubber in order to provide a moderate level of support without fully obstructing movement. A cotton stockinette has been slipped on over the foam core to also make it cozily soft, warm and protective.
