Q: Can the earphones be charged?
Answer: In the majority of cases, there is a foreign substance, and it is a problem of poor contact such as not matching the hole of the charger. 1: Check the two metal holes on the earphones for foreign objects and wipe them with your hand or a cloth with alcohol. 2: (Charging case) Check if there is electricity and charge for 10 minutes or more. 3: It was in a state where the power could not be turned on and charging was not possible, but as a precaution, if you leave it in the USB for about 30 minutes, the red lamp lights up. The blue lamp lights up in about 1 hour. I was able to use it safely. Apparently the battery was in a nap state.
If the method above does not work, squeeze the two metal bumps on the charger and earphones and align them with the earphones. If there is no reaction, you can basically judge that the contact is poor. Please contact us on the spot.
