1. If your phone can not charge, please adjust the placement..
2.If Standby light and Charging light is flickering at the same time, the wireless charger is under protection. Please check if there are any metal blocking it
3.when charging, please do not place any metal on the panel.
4.When charging, if disconnected or severely overheating, it could be that the phone does not accurately place on the charging panel. Please cool your phone down first before trying again.
5.Please use it in environment temperature between 0-25 Celsius degrees. Do not put the product in water, fire, or extreme temperature (more than 40 or less than -20 Celsius degree). Do not let children contact with accessories.
6.under the following circumstances, the iPhone will not be able to fast charge
·More than 60% battery
·Lower than iOS 11.1.2 version
·when the temperature of the phone is more than 35-40 Celsius degree, it will prevent the phone from fast charging or slow down the charging speed.
7.The product is divided into two parts: the charging panel and the anodizing aluminium alloy base. Please assemble it by yourself for the first time. Please take care to place the panel in the middle of the base when assembling.
