Using the Spaetzle maker is quick and simple with little effort. First, fill a pot with water and set to boil. Then, prepare your dough. Either use the recipe on the package or your own favorite. Once the water is boiling, place the Spaetzle maker on top of the pot and pour the dough into the sliding basket. Then simply slide the basket back and forth, the dough will fall through the grate holes creating hundreds of evenly sized dumplings. Let the Spaetzle boil and once they start to float they are ready to serve and enjoy!
