Description
Sourced from the cold North Atlantic and Norwegian Sea, MW Polar's Herring contains a high percentage of fat content ranging from 15% to 20%. Fish with higher fat content result in better taste and quality. The fresh caught fish are filleted, removing all the bones, and delivered directly to the cannery for processing. Next, a process of natural smoking begins with the burning of local beechwood. No artificial smokes, flavorings, or chemicals are used; and the fish contain no Glucose, MSG, or Nitrates. The herring are certified Koser Parve, containing no traces of non-fish meat or dairy.
