Common problems and solution
No sound after pressing the button on/off?
1, Check the DC adaptor is correctly plugged in or not.
2, Check the USB cable is correctly or tightly plugged in by both ends.
The keyboard stops during playing?
1, Check if the power supply is disconnected.
2, Check if the USB cable is disconnected by either one end, or improperly plugged.
Choice of power supply
1, DC adaptor (Not Included): only use DC adaptor with USB connector which voltage output should be DC 5V, electricity should be 1000mA or above.
2, Use 3×AA size battery (Batteries are not included).
Sleeping Function
1, When the keyboard is not playing more than 3 minutes, it will automatically enter the sleep function with music alert.
2, To wake it up, press any white or black keys.

1, This product should not be replaced near these accessories, such as radio, television, tuner to avoid the mutual interference when receiving audio or video while using.
2, Please use the nearest power socket, so that you can unplug the adapter immediately when malfunction or other necessary events happened.
