The Secure EZBR-2 Bed Assist Rail is designed to help users get in and out of bed safely and with confidence. Sturdy powder coated steel frame extends 3 feet under the mattress and features non-slip foam sleeves to keep the rail securely in place. Includes safety retention strap to securel attach bed rail to most Twin, Full, Queen, or King size beds. The grab handle is 20 inches wide and features a non-slip soft foam hand grip, and is height adjustable from 17” to 21” to meet the needs of all users and work with the thickest of mattresses.
