INSTALLATION GUIDANCE:
You need 13mm wrench and 3/4 " crescent.
Assembled two cross frames first, then attached them to tall uprights.
Leave all nuts just finger tight, and use supplied washers on every one.
Came with extra bolts, nuts and washers which is a big plus.
Final product looks very solid.
Put wheels on last, tightened them up then tightened everything else.
