This is a replacement spark cartridge for the Razor Spark, a scooter with a foot-controlled mechanism that creates real sparks while you ride. The cartridge is black and metal, and according to the manufacturer they produce 20 percent more sparks than other brands on the market. This product is recommended for ages 8 and up.
