Our maple sugar is dried completely as per Vermont state law so the sugar will not clump or become hard. Less weight but more concentrated so you're still getting the same bang for your buck in our 28 oz bulk container. This auction is for a 28 oz bulk container of pure maple sugar. We take our own Vermont maple syrup and boil it down even more and then beat it as it cools to make granulated sugar. It is one of natures all natural and delicious sweeteners and unlike syrup it has an almost indefinite shelf life and needs no refrigeration after opening. Use it for gourmet cooking or use it as a sweetener for coffee. Try it on ice cream, toast, popcorn, desert or anything else you can imagine. Makes a great addition to any steak or pork rub.
