INSTRUCTIONS

 Follow your desired baking recipes and prepare the sourdough. Each basket can hold up to 2 pounds of bread dough so make sure to prepare and portion the dough sufficiently with our premium dough scraper.

 Mist spray the Banneton with water and add a cup of rice flour and distribute evenly. Shake off the excess flour and leave it to dry. Transfer the kneaded dough in to the basket using our scrapper and cover the basket with the cloth liner. Give the basket a coat of a flour at all times before putting it to use.

 When the dough has risen turn over the Banneton gently on to a baking tray or a baking sheet and let the dough come out. Use our premium scoring lame to create beautiful patterns on the dough surface to give it a nice appearance. Score the bread dough accordingly to control the expansion as it bakes.

 Follow the recipes instruction and put the bread dough into oven. Then enjoy your wonderful homemade sourdough bread! (Notice: Do not put the proofing baskets into the oven!)

 After use, gently shake out any excess flour and allow the basket some time to dry. Store your Banneton in an area with good ventilation and exposure sunlight to keep it dry at all times.
