 An absolute must-have for the serious Bread Baker. Easy-to-follow Instructions for the Banneton BasketStep 1: Generously coat the basket with flour before letting your dough rest. Keep in mind that you're working with wet dough so to ensure an easy removal a liberal coating is ideal.


Step 2: Gently place your kneaded dough into the brotform and add a thin layer of flour to the top of your dough to prevent it from drying out.


Step 3:  After the dough has risen, transfer the dough onto a baking sheet for the oven.
