The ice maker is made of Silica gel, which has adsorption capacity itself. It will absorb the impurities in water. When it was used to make ice, the white floccule will appear on the surface of ice cubes. The white floccule is consist of calcium, magenesium and other impurities existed in water, it will does no harm to human body.
Solution：
 1. Use pure or distilled water is best
 2. Dip the ice cubes  in water for a while before use it. Then the floccule will stay in water.
