How to use
Step 1: Prepare the 500ml water and 1 pack nasal rinse salt, be sure water around 37¡ãC/98.6¡ãF
Step 2: Put 1 pack of salt into the sinus rinse bottle and then fully mixed with water.
Step 3: Hold the bottle upside down,gently insert the tip into one nostril. Press the valve button to start the flow of the solution.Release the button to stop the flow of the solution.
Step 4:  Repeat steps 3 for your other nostril.
