We have got you covered with the Wecker Bakers Couche! Gone are the days of sticky counters and sticky tea towels. 
The Wecker Proofing Cloth is made from thick 390gsm pure cotton canvas with hemmed edges used for resting dough while it rises. Use the proving cloth to bake any and all free form Loaves of bread, while being sure that they do not stick to anything.
Simple to Use! 
1. Season your couche by completely covering it with flour.
2. Create small waves or indents where you will place each loaf.
3. Place one baguette into each slot and let it proof.
4. After use, simply let it hang out and dry. Do not wash the cloth.
Versatile Usage
The cloth can be used to make a huge variety of bread ranging from baguettes, boule, french loaves, pastries and many more free form loaves of breads. The sky's the limit - as you can even dry out pasta sheets using the proofing cloth.
3 Main Features
Shape - Maintain the integrity of the dough's shape without it spreading or flattening by cradling the dough into the desired shape. 
Separation - The couche keeps your doughs separated so that they do not stick to each other. 
Dehydrate - The couche breathes and is covered in flour which dries out the surface of the dough to create a skin and this leads to a super crispy crust while baking.
