Remove the cap from the tube and use the top to pierce the seal. Use the screw-on applicator for internal Hemorrhoids. For treatment and prevention of anal discomforts (e.g. itching, burning, irritation, and sensitivity), apply in and around the affected area, once or twice a day, or more, as desired. If required, screw on the applicator firmly in place of the cap. Insert the applicator into the anus and gently press the tube to release an adequate amount of the gel (about 250 mg). After use, remove the applicator and screw the cap firmly back in its place. Wash the applicator with warm water after every use.
