This heat-resistant silicone roasting aid keeps your bird or roast up and out of the unhealthy fats in the bottom of your roasting pan or dish. To use, simply bend and shape the laurel to provide a sturdy base for the roast, poultry or vegetable you are cooking. Place the Roasting Laurel in the base of your roasting pan, and the food on top. Place into the oven to bake. The Roasting Laurel helps the meat brown more evenly and eliminates sticking.
