Frequently Asked Questions and Trouble Shooting:
1. Why the static mode is not working after turning on the product?
A) Make sure that the soles of your pet's feet have been cleaned up and trim extra fur under their feet. Other wise it might affect the proper work of product.
B) Try to test the static mode from low static level to high static level.
C) Check the battery power. Replace the battery if necessary.
D) Tighten the screws between the control box and the mat.
2. Why it still can not stop the pet h\when it is working?
A) If your pet bypasses or jumps over the mat, please adjust the placement of the training mat or increase the number of mats placed.
B) If your pet's feet are too dirty or horny layer is too thick, please clean the soles of pet's feet and grind their cuticles thinner.
3. Is the pet training mat safe to both human and pet?
The static stimulation of pet training mat may caused discomfort, but it is safe for both human and pet.
