Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors 80% lean ground beef comes from whole muscle steak cuts, meaning we dont use trimmings at all like the majority of ground beef. We use a low pressure chopping method whic preserves the coarse texture preventing over grinding and provides a better taste over all other ground beef. Whether used to make the best hamburgers, meatballs, sauce, there is nothing better than Pat LaFrieda ground beef. Pat LaFrieda 80/20 is made of premium blends of chuck, shoulder clod and brisket from Black Angus cattle which are humanely raised on farms in the USA.
