Midland's Dual Power Option allows the use of rechargeable battery packs (Included) or 3 AAA alkaline batteries (Not Included). The rechargeable battery packs take 12 hours to charge. This radio also features 5 call alerts, high visibility yellow faceplate, roger beep, easy button access, and a battery life extender. In addition, the LXT630VP3 has a 3-Year Warranty.
