Herbed Sausage Quiche
9-inch frozen pie crust, thawed
1 c. ground pork breakfast sausage, browned and drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
1-1⁄2 t. Italian seasoning
1⁄4 t. salt
1⁄4 t. pepper
Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig
Bake pie crust according to package directions. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except pie crust; spread into crust. Bake,uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, cover with foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until set. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 8.
