This hardware is ideal for commercial applications. The ANSI Grade 2 certified tubular T-Series 100 passage leverset is used on applications where no locking is necessary. The outside and inside lever are always unlocked. This leverset is reversible for left hand or right hand doors and is ADA approved. The adjustable 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset latch has a UL Listed 3 hour fire rating - comes standard with a 1" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplate and 1/8" latch filler plate. This leverset fits 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors with 2-1/8" prep. The T-Series leverset is backed by a lifetime mechanical and lifetime finish warranty.
