Lightspeed recommends replacing the headset soft goods (ear seals, head cushions, and mic cups) every 18 months to ensure maximum ANR performance and comfort. Ear seals, head cushions, and microphone cups are consumable items not covered by the Lightspeed Warranty and are designed for field replacement.
