Recipe Idea: Pork Teriyaki Stir-Fry Ingredients 1 pound boneless pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, chopped 3 medium carrots, chopped ½ cup chopped onion 1 package Knorr Roasted Pork Gravy Mix 1-¼ cups water 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar ½ tsp. ground ginger ½ tsp. chopped fresh ginger Directions 1. Season pork, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. 2. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until done. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. 3. Remove pork from skillet and set aside. 4. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook carrots and onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. 5. Blend Knorr Roasted Pork Gravy Mix with remaining ingredients and add to skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. 6. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 2 minutes.
