How To Use:

2.Put the box into freezer for 3-4 hours.
3.Begin by placing ice globes in center of forehead，move outwards towards hairline near temples. Repeat 5-6 times.
4.Start in the corner of under eyes, move out towards your ear. Repeat 5-6 times.
5.Roll your cheek, lips, and chin using the same basic method as your forehead and eyes. Starting at the center of your face (next to your nose, in the center of your upper lip, or the center of your chin), roll outwards towards your ears. Repeat 5-6 times.
6.Lastly, put ice globes under your ears and glide tools down towards decollete. Repeat 5-6 times.
