It also functions as a meat thermometer and timer, two tools commonly used by pit masters. Flame Boss smoker temperature controllers are easy to use while still giving you many useful and convenient features. Easy to Use – not even an on/off button to press (it’s always on when you plug it in). There is only one mode, Automatic. If you want to cook at the same temperature as last time you don’t have to push a single button! Includes a 20 CFM blower.
