- HEIRLOOM – Fire Grain Freekeh is made from a specially grown heirloom variety of Durum wheat native to the Galilee. The combination of soil characteristics, climate, and pure rainwater ensure you get a premium quality freekeh.
- HEALTHY – freekeh contains almost 3 times as much fiber as brown rice and twice as much as quinoa. It is high in iron, calcium and zinc, contains almost one-third of the amount of fat compared to quinoa.
- TRADITIONAL – our freekeh is harvested while the wheat is still in the milky stage, soft and green, then it is flame roasted over an open fire.
