With its large 22" round frame and 360 degree free motion swivel, you can adjust to your own personal preferences. Pivot the quilting hoop any which way you desire for a comfortable quilting session. The hoop holds fabric tight and easily allows you to move the fabric when you have finished each section. To adjust your fabric, simply loosen the release knob on the front of the frame. Please note that the quilting hoop is one size and does not adjust in height. Quilt hoop stand does not move up-and-down. From top to bottom this quilting hoop provides sturdy support for all your quilting sessions. The X-shaped base is crafted entirely out of solid oak wood for maximum support and stability! Make sure 4 screws are inserted into the back of the quilting hoop frame, they should be loose for the next steps. 2. With an Allen wrench, loosen the Allen head screw on the side of the ball joint so that the wooden pieces allow the ball of the quilting hoop to slip in. 3. Slide the quilting hoop onto the ball located on the top of the stand. 4. Tighten the Allen head screw using the Allen wrench. 5. Tighten the 4 screws to hold the quilting hoop and stand together.
