Description
Black Truufles, the round, dark brown fruiting bodies (ascocarps) have a black-brown skin with small pyramidal cusps.[2] They have a strong, aromatic smell. Great pairing with any meats. Preparation: Soak dried truffles in warm water for about 30 minutes.
