This Dixon 13H series bevel seat hex union nut sanitary fitting is made of stainless steel 304 and connect to threaded tubing. This hexagon shaped union nut threads onto tubing for connecting and disconnecting pipes or tubes more easily than with couplings. This fitting is made of stainless steel 304 for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures and has a maximum operating pressure rating of 400 pounds per square inch (psi). On hose assemblies, the pressure rating is the lower of either the rating of the coupling or the hose at 70 degrees F ambient temperature.
