Friendly Note
- To reach maximum heat, please place the eye mask on your eyes for heating, this helps traps the heat generated within your eye area. Although it heats up quickly, it could takes up to two minutes for the eye mask to reach maximum heat.
- Eye mask will not reach an "extreme hot" temperature to avoid possible burning accident. Please understand that different skin type would have different tolerance to high and low temperature, it mights take some adjustment to find your perfect temperature when using for the first time.
- Please DO NOT FOLD or BEND the eye mask as this could cause possible damage to the carbon fiber inside the eye mask, and cause the heating function to stop working.
Using the Ice Gel Pack
- The ice gel pack is reusable, to provide optimal effect, please place the gel pack within refrigerator (not freezer) for a minimum of 30 minutes before placing it inside the eye mask.
- When using the ice gel, please remove the heating pad from the eye mask before inserting the gel pack within the mask.
