Description

Custom Cable Connection's SMA Male to SMA Male Low Loss Times Microwave LMR400 Wi-Fi Coaxial Cable is designed to deliver high performance with minimal loss, Times Microwave LMR-400 assemblies are the standard for the wireless LAN industry. LMR cables offer high performance and flexibility in 50 ohm configurations, ideal for broadband and wireless applications. Times Microwave LMR-400 assemblies are a drop-in replacement for RG-8/9913 Air-Dielectric type Cable and are ideal for Jumper Assemblies in Wireless Communications Systems, Short Antenna Feeder runs, and any application requiring an easily routed, low loss RF cable. LMR-400 is an excellent cable for runs up to 50-70 feet in WiFi and Cellular use, and provides superior performance for HF/UHF/VHF installation up to 250 feet. The PE jacket used on LMR-400 makes it able to stand abrasion. With a durable Polyethylene jacket, these cables are suited for indoor and outdoor installations.

• Features

• TIMES MICROWAVE LMR STANDARD: is a UV Resistant Polyethylene jacketed cable designed for outdoor exposure. By incorporating the best materials for UV resistance these cables have an outdoor life expectancy in excess of 20 years. Bending and handling characteristics are significantly better than air-dielectric and corrugated hard-line cables.
• FLEXIBILITY AND BENDABILITY: are hallmarks of the LMR400 cable design. The flexible outer conductor enables the tightest bend radius available for any cable of similar size and performance. LMR400 is an excellent cable for runs up to 50-70 feet in WiFi and Cellular use, and provides superior performance for HF/UHF/VHF installation up to 250 feet. The PE jacket used on LMR400 makes it able to stand abrasion.
• LOW LOSS: is another hallmark feature of LMR400. Size for size LMR has the lowest loss of any flexible cable and comparable loss to semirigid hard-line cables.
• RF SHIELDING: is 50 dB greater than typical single shielded coax (40 dB). The multi-ply bonded foil outer conductor is rated conservatively at > 90 dB ( i.e. >180 dB between two adjacent cables ).
• VARIETY OF CONNECTORS: A wide variety of connectors are available for LMR400 cable, including all common interface types, reverse polarity, and a choice of solder or non-solder center pins. Most LMR connectors employ crimp outer attachment using standard hex crimp sizes. This cable is made with BNC Male connectors.
