All of our blends are high in amino acids, vitamins and minerals due to the Maya Nut (Brosimum Alicastrum) which is a native seed from the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. - Maya Nut is an ingredient that has not been genetically modified, it is high in calcium, potassium, iron, folate and fiber. It is considered a complete protein because it has all the essential amino acids which is rarely found in daily consumption ingredients. Tryptophan is directly related to the synthesis of serotonin which is linked to relaxation and good sleep. Additionally, it is a source of vitamin B2, B3, B6, C, E and fiber. Enjoy and live better!
