4.Please take a measurement at the same time each day so that the data can be compared in a valuable way.

How to close the voice?
1. In the sleep state, long press "S" button for about 3 seconds to enter setting mode
2. Short press the "S" button to skip the month/ day/hours/minutes setting, after then, press "S" button again to enter voice setting
3. Defaults voice is ON, please press "M" button to switch voice to "OFF", and press "S" button to confirm.
