Windows 7: Please make sure .NET 4.0 (or newer) Framework is installed prior to installing CSR Harmony software. .NET Framework can be installed by using Windows Update. Windows 8/8.1: Please make sure .NET 3.5 Framework is installed. After installing CSR Harmony, Windows should prompt you to install it. Mac OS X: CSR Harmony software is not supported on OS X but the adapter will work with OS X native drivers and Bluetooth Profiles.
