Ingredients: Mineral water, organic sorghum, organic rice, organic wheat, salt.
The organic ingredients of rice, sorghum, and wheat were selected from Horqin Organic Farm, where the soil, air, and water is under strictly monitored. The brewing water acquired from the Aershan Mountains for its volcanic spring water which is below 50℉ all year round, clean, and rich in minerals. The manufacture follows the craftsmanship of the Japanese technical, pure grain brewing without acetic acid, presents the perfect sour and sweet.
