1. Please make sure the switch is on.
2. The solar light must be charged direct sunshine.
3. Please put the solar light outside charging for 1 sunny day.
4. It doesn't light up in the daytime or when other lights are shining on it.

Tips:
1. Prior to first use, please turn on the switch and charge the outdoor solar lights torch light for 1 sunny day.
2. Please be kindly noted: As a solar powered product, the working time is weather sensitive.
3. If the ground is too hard, do not twist or hammer it with force. Try to soften the ground with water and then insert into the ground.
4. If power reduces over time, switch the light off for 3-5 sunny days in order to boost the batteries.
