Ziruma teak wood baking peel is made with 25 year old teak to make it durable and resistant. No twigs or branches, only 100% heartwood. It has a beeswax coating that reinforces its protection and prevents rotting from water. Sturdy enough and lightweight for easy carrying, this wooden paddle is the perfect gift for pizza lovers. Pizza paddle with 15.5" x 15" x 0.4" Plate, and a 9" handle. Overall length is 24".

- Traditional pizza paddles are treated with mineral oil, a distillate of petroleum. To avoid fossil fuels, we coat our boards with PURE BEESWAX, which increases wood's natural resistances by 90%. We treat with USDA Certified organic COCONUT OIL to keep our pizza peels surface smooth and deeply moisturized. 2oz additional Ziruma wax included.
- Multipurpose and functional: Wood pizza paddle double as cheese board, barbecue turners, or cake peels. Its wide surface allows preparing pizzas up to 12 inches in diameter. Size is 15.5" x 15" x 0.4" for the plate, with a 9" handle. Overall length is 24".
