Q: How does it perform on carpets?
A: Womow W20 uses a bristle floor brush,which can be used on hardwood, tile, and laminate floor. When using on low-pile carpets, please choose the MAX mode. We do not suggest using on high-pile rugs.
Q: How long can the battery last? Where can I purchase an extra battery?
A: If you use the MAX mode only, the battery can last for 10min after fully charging. It only takes about 3 hours to quickly recharge. If you need an extra battery, please search ASIN: B08395S66Xon Amazon. The replacement battery pack will be in stock before March.
