How To Reset:
If the earphones cannot be paired together or can't be connected the Bluetooth device, please try the following method to fix that:
A. Clear the earphones to pair with the phone
When the earphones are charged in the charging case, long-press the two earphones for about 7 seconds. And release the earphones until the white light flashes 4 times.
B. Re-pair the left and right earphone
If the two earphones are not paired, you can reset the left and right earphones as follows:
Take two earphones out of the charging box, and long-press the two earphones for about 7 seconds until the white lights of them flash 4 times, then they will pair automatically.
After connected successfully, one earphone will flash blue and white light alternately, another one will flash white light. Lastly, search "TWS-ill" and match them.
