First pairing: 1 Remove the earbuds from the charging case; 2 Turn on the Bluetooth function in the phone and search for “C8X”; 3 Select and wait for the connection to succeed. After pairing: Remove the earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device. What should I do if the headset cannot be connected to the mobile phone/can only be connected to one of them? You can follow the steps below: 1 Put the two wireless earbuds into the charging box to confirm the charging status; 2 Open the phone’s Bluetooth settings connection menu, delete the paired “C8X” and turn off the phone’s Bluetooth function; 3 Open the charging box and take out the two earphones; Open the Bluetooth settings of the phone, search for “C8X”, and click Connect again.
