Measurements: 5.5 inches long x 2 inches in diameter. -Traditional Bamboo Matcha ScoopMatcha Facts, Tips and Hints-Always sift powder before mixing to avoid clumping. -Use the Bamboo Scoop (Chashaku) to push the matcha powder through the Sifter. -Clean the Scoop with a dry cloth.-Matcha should not be made with boiling water. -The ideal water temperature for matcha is around 175F/80C or just under a boil.-Moisten the tines of the Bamboo Whisk with warm water before use.
