Description

These 7 delicious greens are combined together to provide your body with the maximum amount of nutrition possible. When certain types of seeds are combined together, you get a much wider range of nutritional value from a plethora of vitamins and minerals. these antioxidants are multiplied numerous times when in sprout form versus full maturity which is why sprouts are so nutritious, but this mix in particular. These seeds were all chosen for this mix due to their similar growth rates, along with complimentary textures and tastes. As far as nutrition goes though, you will benefit from an overwhelming amount of Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, and Antioxidants, along with up to 35% protein. Sprouting Instructions: Arugula and Cress are both gelatinous seeds which mean they should not undergo the initial soak when sprouting. Leave enough space so that most of the seeds aren't touching. Spritz the seeds with water. They should be damp, but not too wet. Loosely cover the seed with clear plastic, so they don't dry out. (Plastic wrap or a clear produce bag work for this.) Spritz the seeds twice a day, or as needed. Try to keep them damp, but not wet. Once seeds are stuck together and to the growing surface, p
