From 'How Lorelai and Niami Met' to'Some Eggs Get Broken', each story contains enough elements to stimulate yourchild's imagination, but also enough wisdom through hidden messages toencourage critical thinking and reasoning.

Let me start by saying that this book isbrilliant! It's fun, interesting & perfect for those little kids who havealready fallen in love with the detective/mystery genre. The story centersaround Lorelai, an intelligent little girl with an ability to find some sort ofmystery in every possible situation. But almost all great detectives have anequally brilliant assistant. And thus enters Niami ― Lorelai's cute &clever cat. Each day the little detectives finds themselves solving mysteries,exposing misbehaving toys & restoring justice.

A very well written book with a vividimagination. Each story has a moral and the illustrations are verybeautiful. The stories transport you that imaginary world. The subtletywith which the distinction between right and wrong is brought out with eachtale is a beauty. Loved reading this heart warming book. A highly recommendedbed time story book for children.

Thisbook was inspired by my daughter and her close friendship with the knitted catshe calls Niami. I chose the setting of our apartment and transformed her othertoys into characters, as I wanted to inspire other children to see the magic oftheir own homes during these trying times.
